Martin kicked things off back in 1996 and has been the driving force behind Martins Builders ever since. With nearly 30 years in the construction game, he’s hands-on, passionate about quality workmanship, and loves turning clients’ ideas into solid, beautiful homes. Whether it’s a full renovation or a tricky extension, Martin makes sure every project runs smoothly and delivers real pride.
Deise is the one keeping everything on track and on time. She’s brilliant at juggling the details—scheduling trades, sorting materials, and making sure the site runs like clockwork. Clients love her calm, organised approach and the way she keeps communication clear and friendly throughout the build.
Luis is our site boss and the man you’ll see making it all happen on the ground. With years of experience leading teams, he’s a stickler for getting things right first time—safe, tidy, and built to last. His no-nonsense attitude combined with a real eye for detail means our projects always finish to a high standard.
Jonny keeps the office humming along nicely. He’s the friendly voice on the end of the phone, sorting quotes, paperwork, and all the behind-the-scenes bits so the rest of the team can focus on the building. Always quick to help and happy to chat through any questions.
