Martin’s team are incredibly professional, and exceeded our expectations. We have no complaints. Among the qualities I noticed in their work were. They are highly skilled both in particular areas (for example carpentry, decoration etc.), but in the broader sense of understanding how to project manage a complicated build, bring in other skilled workmen as needed and finding solutions to any problems that came up without complaint and without additional cost, they were very good at communicating with us as the client, so we never had any misunderstandings, they have a very high quality finish which far exceeded our expectations, the whole firm has a family feel – they were very friendly and pleasant to have in our house, we were (almost!) sad to see them go and they work hard, and completed the project to the budget and the timeline. We were incredibly lucky to have found them.
